2. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the site www.itcmm.com, both by individual consumers (B2C) and professional clients (B2B).
By validating their order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these GTC without reservation.

3. Products and availability

The products offered are described as accurately as possible. The visuals have no contractual value.
The offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stock.

4. Prices

The prices displayed are in euros (€), including VAT for individuals, excluding VAT for professionals logged into their account.
Delivery charges are indicated separately before final validation.

5. Order

Any order placed via the site implies an obligation to pay.
The customer receives a confirmation email summarising their order.
The seller reserves the right to refuse any abnormal or non-compliant order.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are specified on the site (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
Payments are secured by our approved partners.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer in France, Belgium, or any other European country we serve.
Delivery times are given as an indication and do not constitute a strict commitment.
In case of prolonged delay, the customer may request cancellation and a refund.
The risks of loss or damage are transferred to the customer upon receipt.

8. Right of withdrawal (B2C only)

In accordance with Belgian legislation (CDE, Book VI), the individual customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to notify their intention to withdraw without justification.
The customer must return the goods at their own expense in their original, unused condition within 14 days of notification.
The refund will occur within 14 days following the receipt of the returned products.

9. Legal warranty

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years for individuals, except for professional use).
In case of non-conformity, the customer can demand repair, replacement or refund as applicable.

10. Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, data loss or incompatibility related to the use of the product outside specifications.

11. Personal data

The data collected is used solely for order management, invoicing and customer follow-up.
